Description (32 minutes):

Phil interviews Rick Sterling about the Bab-Al-Hawa crossing between Syria and Turkey, the last official transfer point for “humanitarian aid” from Turkey to Syria.

Serena Shim, a U.S.-born reporter for Press TV, died under mysterious circumstances after reporting that World Food Program trucks carrying arms crossed into Syria’s Idlib province from Turkey.

Idlib Province is the last province of Syria under the control of Al Qaeda.

Turkey was an intermediary country for 1000s of Uyghur Al Qaeda militants crossing into Idlib through the Bab-al-Hawa crossing, and who brought their families with them.

The UN Security Council was debating earlier this month whether or not the Bal-al-Hawa crossing should remain open. Russia and China argued that all humanitarian aid to Syria should be distributed exclusively by the Syrian government in Damascus.

The final decision was to keep the crossing open for 6 months, conditional on a report by the UN Secretary-General after 6 months on the nature and beneficiaries of the aid passing through this crossing.

Sterling goes on to discuss the increasing resistance to the U.S. military presence in the Middle East, and the laundering of U.S. government money through NGOs such as the White Helmets, the International Rescue Group, and Doctors Without Borders.
