Phil interviews Petros Dejeune of the Ethiopian-Canadian Network about the current crisis inside Ethiopia. Among the issues discussed are the background stories to the rise of the Nobel Laureate Prime Minister during the election of 2018, the current military situation in the country, the friendly relations between the governments of Ethiopia and Eritrea, the failure of the Canadian media to cover the views and demonstrations of Ethiopian-Canadians in support of the government, and the role of the United States in destabilizing the country.
