Christopher Black has traveled in Asia, and was recently in Serbia. He says that the mood of peace advocates is pessimistic: there is concern that no state or combination of states has been able to slow NATO’s reckless arrogance.
There must be a concerted effort to promote dialogue and respect for the UN Charter.
